The deadline to have activities included in the Site Book is 10th May.

To submit a request for an activity, see the info below or select one of the quick links if you already know which form you need.

Archery
- For Archery Tournaments select the Tournament Request form
- For non-Tournament Archery activities use the General Activity Request form
Arts & Sciences
- For Arts & Sciences activities, including Classes, general A&S activities, Bardic and Pottery, use the A&S Activity Request form
Combat
- For all Tournaments, including Archery/Thrown weapons, Armored Combat, Cut & Thrust Combat, and Youth Combat, use the Tournament Request form
- For non-Tournament Combat activities use the General Activity Request form
Events & Gatherings
- For Events & Gatherings use the General Activity Request form
Youth Activities
- For non-Combat Youth activities, use the Youth Activities Request form
